I usually vape the 2.6-2.8 Fluxos at 4.0 on my Provaris. I'm noticing that with the 1.5ml Vision, I have to bump the voltage to about 4.3 to get the same flavor out of the same juice. I wonder if it's because the mouthpiece is over 1/2" farther away from the cup.

Yes, thats exactly why.
Try pulling a drag without the mouthpiece... it will be really flavourful.
Now theres one thing you can do: with the mouthpiece on, pull really slowly, then it will be ok.
I like this mouthpiece design, couse it perfectly eliminates the condensation in my mouth problem. But it's too big, too much flavour loss. Maybe they should be made smaller/shorter. That's why im particularly interested in the regular size visions. Their mouthpiece looks smaller.

Not in my experience unfortunately.

But it isn't as bad as other similar options.

It seems about the same as, or maybe slightly worse then, an ego-T setup to me, its not often, but it does happen.

The condensation in the mouthpiece is the only issue I have with these. Otherwise, I really like them. I've been testing a 1.5 and a 2.5 all weekend (I still don't know why they call the 1.5 Regular, and 2.5 Mini). I posted yesterday that I preferred the Fluxos; but these things are growing on me, the more I use them.

I like Visions a lot better than Fluxes, for the simple reason that a 1.5 Visions performs as well as the mini Flux, but holds more juice. I'll see what I think when I try the bigger Visions. I don't like to worry about tilting and dry hits - and dont' get any of those with Visions Reg.

I'll still use Fluxes though - because they come in cool colors! :)

Condensation is a bit of an annoyance though. You can't really blow it out, and the plug is in really tight, I'm afraid I'll break something if I try to pull it out...

Do not try to pull out the plug on the mouthpiece it appears that it's glued in so it will rip. The easiest way to get condensation or liquid out of the mouthpiece is to flick it, use a tissue to catch the residue.

I think its more then just condensation, I get a lot of juice build up in the mouthpiece.

I think some of it pops off the coil during vaping, and bits of it get sucked up the mouth piece, resulting in more juice collecting in the mouthpiece then just condensation.

Having said that I think all top coil solutions have this effect, my CE2's seemed to fill up the cup faster then condensation alone could account for IMHO.

What I have been doing with mine is taking the cap off, then setting it right on top but at an angle, and blowing hard and fast. It shoots the main drops back in the refill area and then I take a q-tip that has had most of the cotton pulled off and I stick that in the cap hole and wiggle it a bit to get any remaining liquid. It works well.

I find the build up of condensation is a more noticeable in the Vision Maxi's cause you have the equivalent of 2 to 3 regular tanks of eliquid in it before you need to refill, therefore before you clean out the mouthpiece. If you pull the mouthpiece once or twice per tank and give it a quick clean then your golden. BTW you can put a smear of 'bad's' glue on the mouthpiece cup if you want it to stay attached after pulling it out to clean, but really it's not hard to get out by itself with some tweezers or the like.

Well hell, I had one go out today. Was vaping right right along and heard a pop, then nothing. It is kind of hard to see but it looks like one side of the coil is no longer attached to its wire. I tried to pull the tube off, and I can't quite seem to manage it so I am not entirely sure that is the problem. If anyone has any tips on how to get that tube off I would be grateful for the suggestions. I am starting to think if I am going to maintain success at this I am going to have to learn to solder though. I hate that I haven't even had it a week before it crapped out. The others seem to be fine though so hopefully it is a one off.

I found that mine lasted the amount of time it took to open the package and fill it up with juice.

I am getting a silicone / primer type taste. I am using a Buzz Prop (tried from green all the way to red) the higher it goes the worst it gets. I'm using Tasty Vapor apple with 70%/30% PG/VG. No taste what so ever. Only time I get a hint of apple flavor is when I fill the liquid too high and it gets on the coil for a vape or two.

I saw the video suggesting to cut the wick holes a bit, but I don't have a knife or razor blade at work. I wish I didn't leave my liquinator at home.

I'd forgotten I even posted in this thread. That one I mentioned WAS a one off, all ym others have been lovely.

A couple of things for you to check:

1. First and most importanly, are your wick slits lined up with the wicks, if they get scootched around they pinch the wicks and WILL NOT WICK. You rarely actually need to mod the plug, either spin it or lift it is all that is usually necessary.

2. Pull the plug out and see if the plug is getting scorched. If so pull it up a bit or trim the inside of the plug seal so it IS NOT touching the coils.

3. If you pull the plug seal out make for darned sure you do not put the plug seal back in without it on the battery or at the least with the battery pin connection thingy pressed against a hard surface. Failure to comply with this little tip may result in the air hole battery pin thingy being pushed too far down and out the threading. This will cause massive leaking.
