Got my Vision Extremes!

I've found that the whistle top gets pretty gunked up. I had to take the two top sections out, in order to clean it. I tried it without the tops on, and it vapes even a little better. So, if someone else would like to give it a try and let me know if it works for them too...

I just realized the threads are just a hair short of being 510 threads, meaning they cut the threads down too much. Also, just noticed that the seal in the mouthpiece pops right off after you remove the mouthpiece a few times. This leaves the seal in the tube, not a big deal just have to pluck it out.

Bad, after a while, the juice was collecting between the center divider and the removable divider. No amount of flicking or blowing... or tapping, was getting it out. It could be from the thick juice I use. It is thick to begin with and steeped 9 months.

Anyway, with the top mouth piece and the divider removed, it vapes even better!

Ok, first fill on a 3.5ml Vision Extreme with ePipemods Shire Malt juice. This juice has alot of flavor with fluxos, on the Vision I get zip, nada, no flavor.

I'm kinda glad I didn't order any of the 3.5s. I have a couple 2.5s I haven't tried yet. I like the 1.5. Big time vapor and flavor. But in all honesty, so far I prefer the Fluxos.

GotVapes VISION EXTREME GIANT 3.5ml 510 Carto 2.8ohm 1 Piece. . .so far, works as well as the Clear Visions, cept it Frosty. I dub thee. . .the Big Frosty. Ain't as pretty as the Clear tube, but, what the heck. I can still see the juice level. That's really all I need. At this price they gotta last at least a week though. JMHO

what ohm are you vaping it at , best at 4.2 on the larger vision, if your using a regular at 2.7 ohm and not getting flavor then i dont know what to tell ya. could be your juice.

if you use the 3.5 at higher volts you would all be singing a different tune, they are meant to work the way they are and even better at higher volts, lower ohms incoming like the regulars.

I'm using a 2.8 ohm 3.5ml at 3.7v.

ok and you should be getting vapor and flavor out of that and if you could use them at a higher voltage like many people do who have variables or the vv ego or ego booster the flavor and vapor increases alot.

I usually vape the 2.6-2.8 Fluxos at 4.0 on my Provaris. I'm noticing that with the 1.5ml Vision, I have to bump the voltage to about 4.3 to get the same flavor out of the same juice. I wonder if it's because the mouthpiece is over 1/2" farther away from the cup.

the vision is top coil and while the mouth peace is longer and will obviously effect it some, the main thing you would want is to use them at higher volts, the regular at 2.7 ohm gives me warmth and flavor at 3.7 on the stingray or ego.

im trying to get them a point or two lower as well.

I got my Visions, too, but I wanted to try them for a couple of days before I commented - but now I feel I can sum up my opinion in one word:

I noticed some comments about their being a cooler vape, and I can't stress enough how much I love that about them. I know most people seem to like a warm temp to the vapor, but for some reason I really don't care for that at all.

The draw is perfect, too...I ordered the regulars (still a bit confused about why the minis are bigger than the regulars but, oh well...) because I like to change flavors fairly often, so the size is right, too.

And for a throat hit fiend like me, it's there, too.

These are definitely a home run.

For over two years I have been on what has seemed to be a God forsaken mission to find what would work for me, and the Visions are definitely a part of the equation...I recently found the perfect mod, I now have the perfect cartos, and I thought I had the juice figured out but I've decided that it needs just a bit more tweaking, but I think I'm almost there.

Side note: During these past couple of years, I have tried just about everything that's come down the pike and haven't ever had anything even close to a smoke-free day. I'm usually have 1 to 1 1/2 pack a day, and yesterday I probably had 7 or 8 cigarettes. While I'll never be in the 'I havent had a cigarette since I got my first e cig' club, I'm thrilled and hoping this trend continues.

I do have a question - Rather than cleaning, I've just been dedicating one Vision to each flavor, so I have several going. The last one I opened seemed a little 'off' compared to the others, so I looked it over and the ceramic cup was tipped a bit to one side which caused the inner plug to not sit correctly. I ran a straightened paper clip from the threaded side up the middle tube which allowed me to pull the cup straight while I pushed the plug in place. It works, but still isn't quite right and - for the first time - noticed a slightly burnt taste. Someone posted a comment somewhere about a similar problem, but I have searched for it and can't find it...could somebody point me to it?

I received some vision extremes ( 2 giants and one regular ) on saturday, and have been testing out one of the Giants the last couple days.

So far I am liking it quite a bit, however I am finding I get juice on the lip a few times per fill, from excessive juice build up in the mouth piece.

Not a big deal though, similar to pretty much all the other similar setups.

I am getting a kind of bad taste once and a while, which in the past on CE2's I have identified this taste occurs when part of the coil isn't wrapped tight around the wick, basically most of the coil works properly, but one little part of it gets hotter then the rest, and makes a not quite burnt taste, but an off taste.

I plan on popping the cup seal out and taking a look at the coil soon, I bet part of it will be off the wick.

The regular sized one I got had the nipple in the cup crushed and folded over inside the mouthpiece from the factory, I was able to kind of straighten it out, but it doesn't really slide into the mouthpiece as easy as it should.

All in all I like them quite a bit.


I also got some of the CE2 conversion mouthpice kits, they uh... well they suck, they wobble all over, don't seal in the tube at all, all around just don't really work, I think I read somewhere that they had an issue with the measurements or something, so I guess thats that...

I think I might try cramming the silicon seal in the conversion mouthpiece kits into a regular drip tip and see if that works right.

An additional note for you guys, if you pull out the silicon in the whistle tip that goes into the cup, say to clean out the inside of the whistle tip, it won't stay inside there next time you pull the tip out. There is a bit of glue in there that keeps it in place.

It is still useable after breaking the glue, but it will stay behind in the cup when you pull the mouthpiece off, just gotta pull it out separately.
