Thanks for all the info. I got some of these comming in a week. Sounds like there's a fair amount of maintenance on them though...

Not really. I mean if you want you can just use them and then throw the heads out when they get gross.
However since they are out of stock everywhere I'm saving them all like they are precious gold >.>
It's pretty simple to clean them, just take the parts apart, rinse in water, dry
Dry burn and then refill w/ liquid

You can pop it back into place easy by just holding the plastic tube and giving it a small tug towards where it needs to go, with the lid off but on the battery. It doesnt take much effort so do it nice.
Meh, like I said, it still works just fine so it isn't an issue.
If it does start acting up then I'll take the pliers to it, either way planning on picking up a spare mNova

I've dropped mine and when I opened it up the atty was leaned right on the side of the plastic tank and my drip tip filled with juice and all it takes is a small movement and it is fixed. I think many people dispose of thier entire tank over a very small fix. It's hard to explain in words, but so simple if you see someone do it.
