This has nothing to do with e-cigs, but I thought it might be helpful.

OK, if you have seen that ad about how to get white teeth for cheap, it is a scam! The article tells you to order trial packs from two different companies, Dazzle White and Clean Smile, and it gives coupon code to make them 1.95 for one and .99 cents for the other. It is written as if it were by a real Mom who found a deal online, however if you scroll all the way down the webpage you will see in very tiny print "advertisment". One of them signs you up for a couple of other trial things, and both companies will charge your card for 79 bucks every month. I called and canceled my subscriptions, but one of the companies (clean smile) had already ran my card for the 79.00. I finally got them to give me 40 dollars credit, but that was it, and they made me pay 6.99 to get a UPS shipper label too.8-o

So, anyway, hope this helps someone.

Talk to the bank, make a chargeback on them. Tell them you were scammed and they credited you in order to appear as if you said OK to it, tell them you did NOT say OK to it and make them close the account and chargeback the scammers. Tell them you DID call and you were told they will not refund you then you noticed the credit and that was before you had a chance to talk to someone at the bank. Unfortunately a lot of scamming places will pull that, I worked for one. It did not start like that but my 'job duties' changed once we got bought out by a larger company. I refused to do it when I found out they were going to close my office (I can't handle lying to customers, and the 'trial' often rolled into a subscription for hiking *most I will say as to whom, just remember that!*) and I was 'let go' but still was able to collect unemployment. So they scam not only the customer but the employees...I hear about this all the time. Yes, call your bank, you got scammed and they should not be permitted to get away with it. As for a chargeback, yes, you will need a new account, card, all that. But, I can tell you from experience (processing the chargebacks) they will not fight as they cannot win :D
