It's not constantly like that. Only when it comes above ground and the wind blows East. But it happens more then I'd like it too fer sure !! And yes, it's very easy for people to say...'Get Out'... but when ya living on pennies, you wait til it's the last second, no other choice kind a thang, before you get anywheres honey.
