LOL I didn't two months ago, I looked like a FatAss LOL

The Navy Keeps me in Shape though, even Pushing 40 I still work out every day, just had a year where I had an injury that prevented me from doing so and it had me really bummed out because I was getting really fat. I have lost 9% body Fat in the past Month and a half now that I have gotten cleared to go back into the gym. I really want to get back to 225 and 13% body fat again, right now I am 210 and 20% so I have a ways to go for that LOL.

LOL I may not be a badass but at 6 foot and 210 I am definitely no slouch

Well I'd have your back in a fight cuz I sure wouldn't want to be on the receiving end. lol I'm 6'2" and around 187. I want to get down to about 170ish. Previous meds messed with my weight really bad so I'm trying to get back into shape again. It's a little tougher now that I'm 36 (soon to be 37) to manage the weight like I used to. With warm weather starting to make an appearance here, I should feel a little more motivated.

I can understand that, I blew my knee out last year around this time running a 13 mile beach run in Panama City so I was out of commission for almost a full year and could not lift. Now I have to buy a new set of Bowflex Dumbbells again because the 560 version is not enough for me anymore so I have to upgrade them to the 1090 set which is gonna set me back quite a bit from the prices I have seen. What I think is funny is that the AMA says my "Ideal" body weight for 6 foot is 176, but to me and everyone I know I look like a Lab Skeleton at that weight.

Yea, I was underweight most of my life at 155 so the added weight feels physically uncomfortable to me. The meds I was on shot me up to 213. Getting off those meds dropped me down to 175 and then I leveled off at 187. Those body weight calculators are old, outdated, and for the most part, bogus. They were created back in the 70's and have never been updated. Me, I'd rather just got with a weight that feels comfortable to me. I'd be happy with 175 with more muscle mass.
