All day long I have been battling with grampa to stay inside. Its really hot and the air quality is bad. I have posted signs....scolded him.....loved him....talked to him.....joked with him....and what do I just find?

If the lil man was not so cute I would shoot him. So I had to give the being naked is inappropriate speech again....followed by the stay inside one.....and the door just slammed again so he is prolly outside

Just convince him to wear a jockstrap. It'll be nice & legal then.

Can you not get insurance thro your mortgage company ? I sorry if I missed that part. When I bought this place and got the mortgage they asked me if I wanted them to get the insurance and have it included in my payments so I didn't have to worry about it. You prolly already said and I missed it I was sweatin bullets every year in case they dropped me. I know how ya feel

(I got it on my own and thankfully paid the mortgage off already but I still have the same insurance place)

My hubby had never done that before but when we built the house he decided to give it a try and he loves it, property taxes are in it too.

If I was a millionaires I'd start a insurance company for you Erins

Our bank at the time was a local that didn't do that unless you already had a mortgage and missed payments, so basically they only did forced place policies. Now that we already have the mortgage the only way to get it through the bamk would still be a force place policy which are way higher.

But in the fabulousest of news, I found a company that will insure us!!! They are also cheaper.

So keep your fingers crossed for us till all the paperwork gets through and the bank doesn't lose its mind.

Of course in the midst of all of that, I finally got our current company to send us the inspectors report for why we were being denied coverage, and guess when it was, freaking July 25, 2011 AND THEY NEVER EFFING SAID A WORD. You know the best part, the very bestest part. Once of the main complaints were that there was a roof panel missing. Guess what they also got in those same pictures from that day? Pictures of the ladders and the materials that show right there, that on the day they actually took the pictures, we were actually working on the freaking holy hecking everloving roof!!!!! How is that for supreme irony?
