Techie question, poopies. Has anyone tested their Flash player recently? Adobe-dumbe released an update that killed mine in all 3 browsers. I've spent the better part of two days finding the fixes and applying them. If you have automatically updated to V. 11.3 your player may kill sound and/or crash the browsers in IE, Firefox and Chrome.

Anyone running across this issue, LMK cause I have the fixes.

End of public service announcement........................... ;)

I applied the update on Monday (I think it was). I don't recall whether I've run any Flash content since then, but it's tough to avoid. I'm in Chrome (19.0.1084.56) and using the built in Flash front-end (i.e., not using the extension plug-in), so the update probably didn't even affect my browser at all.

I haven't had those issues, but if you have a fix for the ghost that has decided to enter my comp and constantly unplug and plug in my speakers :glare: so I never know when they are gonna work (I'm so tired of seeing the pop up in the middle of my screen wanting to know what I've unplugged and plugged in :grr:).....I'd be forever grateful

Adobe Flash Player 11.3.300.257 - Security | DSLReports Forums

Mine is fine on IE9, Opera 11.64 and FF13.1 on Win7 x64 SP1

Protip: disable Adobe's auto updates and monitor that forum, we'll tell ya when stuff is out and what may be FUBAR about it. ;)

Yes, please continue to deny until they get their s...tuff together.

May not affect you then. I had the plugin and had to rollback the previous version.

Keela, if I had a ghostbuster cannon, I'd get your gremlins for sure. The Gateway and DNS gang would be annihilated also.
