Hope you feel better soon, I swear by the celestial seasoning antioxidant green tea (I know commercial and gimmicky), but I swear it makes a huge difference for me compared to other teas, even green teas. Finally read the box and I've decided it is either/and/or the eleuthero or the alfalfa with the vitamin A and vitamin C all on top of happy happy green tea. I like alot of other teas for flavor, but this one seems to help me keep from getting sick and to feel better when I am.

I like Tulsi tea for upper respiratory stuff. I wouldn't say it cured my untreated pneumonia last year, but it sure seemed to kick the tail end of it out faster than it was going on its own.
