Exactly the issue I had. Coming here just to win the money and not caring about the vaping community here is BS. Can't say I blame them for trying. I don't care about needlepoint, but if I heard about a needlepoint forum that was giving away cash just for sitting the forum, I'd join. But I wouldn't be surprised if I were booted out. The contests are for members of the community here.

Some of them smoke, some of them do vape. They don't all use computers, and they don't normally use forums.

it could depend on your internet account too. you can pay for static or additional outside ip address to assign to your computers as needed depending on their function. i've run all kinds of multiple computers on my in house network (even though my isp told me i couldnt haha) and never had a need for an extra or static ip. perhaps if you run a server of some kind or something?
So she does not have to move house...i will go and tell her she can stay ...don't think i will get any supper tonight though
Couldn't agree more. It's not about the "rules" on paper. They shouldn't have to include "it's against the rules to have all your non-vaping buddies sign up just so they can try to win $100" in the written rules. It's about the spirit of the game. Gotvapes is giving back to the community that keeps them in business, not throwing $100 bills around for any random person off the street to snatch up.
I used to have a range of 8 IPs (5 individual, if you know what that means ) in the 217.155.21x.xxx range.
Moved over when it became too expensive.

A 'liked' post does not mean you've got that number (or that you yourself are even liked). The first person to pick a number gets that number whether it's marked on the board or not. When we 'Like' your picks that means one of the five helpers are marking them on the board. If there are any mistakes/conflicts, we will reply to your post. So check back a while after you pick to see if we noted any problems.
Please do not edit your pick posts. If there is any problems with your picks, please wait for a helper to post the error. Please "Reply With Quote" to the helper's post with your new picks.
A helper will announce a new round of picks at random times, so check back often and keep track of what round you've already made picks in.
Rounds may last anywhere from 16 seconds to 36 hours based solely on our whim. There are no rules. Life is unfair. Good luck!
We call it a "reset" when we go into a new round. You still keep all of your previous picks. If you miss a round you do not get to back and make up picks. You can only make picks for the current round.
The game ends when the sheet is filled.
Theses aren't rules. They are guidance. And they may change at any time. Without prior notice. Maybe even without ensuing notice.
