I'm thinking an eggy basket, with red peppers and mushrooms on a pancake saucer...

I'm thinking after initial basket preparation, pop 'em into some large silicone muffin cups, add prepped 'chunky' filling & top off w/ the egg mixture. Then just a couple minutes before they're done, top off with Gruyere, Gouda, or Edam. Yummmmm...
