So' I've turned a dieting corner. Used to be I could eat a footlong steak, egg, and cheese flatbread sandwich without batting an eye. I got one for lunch today and realized at the 3/4 I was actually over stuffed. Need to do a better job of eating to satiation instead of just finishing familiar comfort foods. But that is a corner for another day.
