FIY noscript is a solve for the fb connect lag which it is I now have close to 3sec loads.

But to just block all you lose the "like" button you have to dig in under options.
Temporary allow all, then run down and block any FB request there,(feel free to add anything with Google or Yahoo in it) then set permissions. And you'll be promoted to do the same or "allow all" (temp or otherwise) (never globally) at every site you visit... but assumably only once per site.

I just installed chrome to test all this and new right to ecf was lagged. So I have no clue how to run chrome. Sorry. but I assume if add block has options you will see FB.com there twice and some other with FB**** Can't remember in it, you can remove. Let other know if you find the steps?
