we had delicious baby goat for dinner tonight, and we got a real nice tenderloin, cut it up, wrapped in bacon for filet mignon, broccoli, brussel sprouts, baked taters, sauted onions, home made rolls, and home made bernaise sauce, finished off with piggies special Russian banana cream cake (that she has not made me since I first met her) for dinner tomorrow before we go see Def Lepord... I will try to remember to post pics before I eat tomorrow lol

That sounds really good Slow. Definitely have to pick some goat up. There's a market here gets it from two states away so it's fresh, never more than 3 days since slaughter (sorry for the graphic nature of this post) wifey has been wanting to try it to. May have to show her this. Thanks for sharing man.


EDIT: PMed Purple Piggy and asked if she'd share how she prepared the goat. It sounds delicious.
