Got a bid night tomorrow night so it will be LATE! Last time we bid this project we were low bid BUT everyone that turned in a bid was way over the estimate so TDOT rejected all bids and relet it this month. Last bid night for this project I was there until midnight so I am going to figure the checkbook and go to bed!

Okay, i'll admit to not going back and reading all the posts i've missed, but what is the "Harmonic rule"?

A couple hundred posts back, we all decided to try to make our picks in such a way to make the board look like a dog. It is not going very well, yet. You can kind of see bad's outline, and maybe one of his eyes. I think some people haven't been following the "Harmonic Rule". (Or we are really bad artists.)

awww thank you Klynn....that is my little Keelala. And believe it or not, she is a boxer/golden mix.
Labs do make wonderful pets. I had a Lab/Rot mix that my mom ended up stealin from me when I got married. He was the best dog!
