It's important to realize that there are some situations where you can only count on yourself, especially when kids are involved. Love and hugs for you Shay. Sometimes just making the decision is the hardest part. I know you'll make the right choice for you and your son.

I would never tell you what to do my sweet Shay but I will say that if your friend is a male and you go to stay with him,especially with your child,then if this ever ended up in court then I can assure you that your husband would use that fact against you (running to another man) even if your motives were pure it could harm your case.I say this only because of two other persons I've known who did so and it did help in painting their plight.

I've stayed out of the discussion given the advice you have already been given, however I worked with Abused Women and Children for a number of Years - And given this all I will say is that the Womens Shelter will assist YOU ! ! !

Whether You have Money or No Money - that is the reason they are in operation . . .

TO HELP YOU GET OUT OF AN ABUSIVE SITUATION ! ! !

AND - HELP YOU FEEL SAFE ! ! !
