As one who has spent entirely to much time contemplating this subject ( I blame that on the seventies ). I have come to the conclusion that, as many many things are, the answer at this point in human evolution is that it is beyond our comprehension.

Yeah and If you think about it what do I really expect to be done. I highly doubt the state of CT is gonna welcome them with open arms unless they agree to pay taxes first
It will come as no surprise that I have had long talks with friends about this possibile-future,many of my friends are 'professionals'...doctors,professors,even one politician in the group and the one thing that we all agree on is that all that the aliens have to do to take over our government is to simply show up.Just how many of us around the globe will give a flying doo-dah about the preceding authoritarian group of the globe such as cops and motoring laws,gas prices,even food prices and such.All standards in each of our lives regarding the day to day things that govern humanity will be flipped on it's head.Think about it,it's basically happened over and over in history,wars,plague,famine.Priorities are fluid and as soon as E.T. shows up,the govt. will drop our sorry asses to the dirt just after they use their one and only power left unto themselves and that is martial law and then Psyche gets to take over the conversation.....

The game ends when the sheet is filled. We then announce the winning pick.
Theses aren't rules. They are guidance. And they may change at any time. Without prior notice. Maybe even without ensuing notice.
