Oh I love my veggies too, especially corn on the grill! I'll throw potatoes, peppers, corn, squash, and whatever else I have and wrap em in foil with some butter and seasoning.At the same time though I am putting on a big steak or a nice tenderloin.
I got a friend that is on medication to keep his in check. The doc told him that he need to make some drastic changes in his diet because his counts were way off. He asked what he wanted him to do, and the doc said pretty much cut out all meat/fatty products. He said....na....give me the pills. Don't get me wrong, he did adjust his diet too.
I did a stir fry on the grill for mother's day:

Sliced the meat thin, tossed it all in a pan on the stove and finished it off there.
