Hey, lovely Pig, my addatude is around here we can all spell whatever we want anyway we want. (Check with Aniter, Kritter, and Adrena on that.) But, if ya wanna be real about it, there is only one spelling for light, whether you're talking about illumination, weight, content, or the way Okies think. Other than that, "lite" is an industry term for a pane of glass, slang for "less filling" ("tastes great") or low-calorie, or just a better way to spell light.

Now, let's get on fixing the spelling of Wensday, Febuary, and Libarry. Rite?

when I was searching my muddled little brain for the right way to spell the light I was referring to.
...hmmmm I could have sworn that there was more than one way to spell LIGHT ..... ooops!
