DIY job this time?

Yeah..only backs closed..so at least the fronts gave me a guide for the needle.
I just hate the pop noise..the pain is fine,I kinda like that.
But the POP! is kinda creepy.

Yeah i prefer poking holes in my own own body than relying on the kindness of others.

And i heard it's safer.

Been there, done that. They seem to be sore for a lot longer than the first time around too. I had no whiskey the first time, just 12 year old ears. 28 year old ears were a lot more sensitive.

I'll pay a professional do do it, especially considering the things I've had pierced. But it'll always be freehand and not with a gun!

My ear was done with a gun 7 holes total in the one ear. I was 12, and my mom had just gotten her ears pierced for the first time. I didn't even realize there was anywhere other than Claire's to get holes put in you. Everything since was with a needle. I prefer to pay someone to do it for me. I did my bellybutton with a safety pin when I was 16. Not smart. When I reopened the ones on my ear, I just crammed my sharpest earring through them. I could still see the holes. Mine were just closed on the back too.
