Yeah, thanks for the reminder, OneWeek... MUST put earrings in my second holes.. been a few years, at least. And btw... I KNEW he would, but my father is now a total CocoRosie junkie. lol Went off on a hunt today for some used cd's.

Yeah they just suck you right in. I can't decide if it's their unusual voices (I love weird voices) or the lyrics they create.

A guy I knew got his ears up over 1" and got tired of them. He was able to get them back to normal. Took him about a year though.
Yeah, I have a thing for emotionally evocative music... and you'd think all music would be evocative, but its SO not. And I love that they're clearly classically trained, but just going completely in their own direction with it. I saw a vid.. they had to be in their late teens. Had a harp, a kazoo, and a noisemaking kids toy. rofl Brilliant. And yeah, Bianca's voice is freaking wildly bizarre. Just works for me, totally.

And daisyd... cracking up about the Claire's comment. Yup.. that's the only place I knew it was possible. My gosh... 13 year old moments, slinking around claires boutique with my 2" up in the air bangs, $5 allowance hunting for weirdest earrings I could find, wearing 'mood-ring' color changing lipstick and a MICRO mini skirt that was practically a tube top. Good grief. Would love to have a photo of those days as a cautionary tale if I ever end up having a kid. rofl
