Our daughter passed her up in 4th grade and was VERY excited to deliver the news.
My wife actually was happy about it. Lets just say that the kid got some VERY nice school clothes that year... which she promptly grew out of, of course.
The only hard part about her size is trying to find grown-up looking stuff. Hard to find dress shoes that don't have bows and stuff on them since she wears a children's shoe size.
And I can't buy lingerie without her coming along. They look at me funny when I ask if they have something that would fit a busty 12 year old.
ccat, your wife is a dollface! She just looks like a fun lil spitfire, and love that she's got her own look going. You know, never in a bazillion years would I guess she's the mom of a teenager! You know, I look pretty young for almost 37, but not THAT young. lol
