That's how I like to read. But my brain snaps a pic of the page and reads it so fast I can't try and slow down or i get bored,because it's like i already read it.I'm an avid reader, but I like to read at the same pace I would use if I were reading aloud. All dialogue is spoken in my head as if it were being spoken for real, etc. Makes a book take a long time sometimes.but I enjoy it. To me a book should be savored.
I like my photographic memory sometimes, but when i wanna read,it kinda sucks.
And when i read comic books i have to cover most of the page with my hand so my brain can't read ahead. that way I can enjoy the pics too.
I tired that with regular books..but my eyes get caught up on the ruler trying to cover the hidden lines.
It's probably the same reason i can't rewatch movies,because i remember all the lines and it plays back in my head like 4 seconds ahead of the movie playing.
