I didn't cut it. I replaced the top with a DCT tanks top, cut a short piece of cartomizer and put that in the hole, then can use any 510 drip tip I want with it now

If you have a slightly larger drip tip it'll seal okay without the carto piece in there I'd imagine I only have regular size ones
