This ticks me off. It actually has very little to do with GV, it boils down to the OP (and most Americans these days) not taking personal responsibility. You wait a month to check your package , then spout off in a public forum when your .... isn't kissed?!?
P.S. Any outbursts must be blamed on pregnancy hormones. I'm usually a very sweet person.

Personal responsibility is exactly right! This is something I would expect from my 13 year old. I mean come on now, who can wait a month to open vape mail??!!?? I vaguely remember a disclaimer on one of the heads sale page that said it was currently shipping with one size wicks and if you would prefer the other to please leave a comment in the order. It could have been Stardusts though, can't quite remember. Either way, a month passing..... pppffttt, sorry fella I have no compassion for that. My sister is placing an order this weekend, her first GV order. He won't be missed, she will gladly take his place.....eewww, that was kinda snide, eh? Ahhhh well, hehehe

My newbie opinion: It's still cheaper than smoking. If you didn't check something out for a month and it was wrong you say, "oh damn, next time I'll open it when I get it." would I be bummed? Sure, but as an adult I know mistakes happen and I'm not gonna complain over $5. I always want to ask where these complainy people work so I can go there and start whining about every little and see how they like it. When people say that we just lost a customer where I work my only thought is, " Thank God, one less picky order I need to cook." Godspeed my friend, don't let the door hit ya on the .... on your way out! I could go on, but I need to get to work. Happy Friday everyone!

I agree itsie. I just read that thread, and just can say wow. I don't check all my heads to verify they work, but I always check to verify I got what I ordered. Fault lies totally on the buyer here, and that thread should not be.

I think a lot of people assume that every business owner sits back and rakes in the dough while stepping on the little people. They don't think about the fact that the owners have employees that need to eat and pay rent, insurance premiums, taxes, and a myriad of other expenses. I would be very surprised if any ecig vendor is actually getting wealthy, I have a feeling it's closer to scraping by for the majority of them.
