I know that feeling!! Ok........that's good info on the teeth.......cuz I totally had it backwards. I was thinking that if they popped in the store bought ones immediately, that it would swell just to the completely fit the teeth, which made perfect sense....... but duhhhhhh like a dummy......I never thought past that to when the swelling went back down! lol
Yeah well, it's never been any secret that Imma goober!!! OH well, gotta luv me anyhows! I gotta admit that it would be awesome to not have the pain and the ugly teefs. Now someone's just gonna have to put me in the car........tell me we're goin out for ice cream or sumpthin......drug me and knock me out once we're in the car and don't wake me up til over.....cuz I promise that no dentist has ever known a patient with as much dental phobia as I have!!

LOl, I have to take valium for 3 days before then be put to sleep and have everything done at one time while I am out(cleaning, fillings etc). My husband used to make my appointment then let me know an hour before hand I had one, but that only worked for a few years.

I took my sister in law when she got hers done, yanno, so I could help her and take care of her.........HA!! She ended up having to help me!! And has never let me live it down! lol

Deb, I might be running a close second with you. Blood pressure through the roof, valium, and the arms on that chair better be made from steel. When it became apparent I had to do something, I started looking. I am low income with no insurance and dentists are soooo expensive. Found an angel in a dentist...this man is honest to god an angel from heaven. He understands my fear, always takes time to calm me down and has methods that do not hurt. If it was not for him, I probably would not have made it to this point. He works in a clinic set up for low income no insurance peeples. Because of him, I will soon not be ashamed of my smile and the pain is already gone.
