Ok I have zeroed out the ravens until I can get to bottom of this. Manufacturer will be online in about an hour but I think we have a wonderful lil goof-up here. We'll get it straightened out. Its going to kill me but I'll get replacements right away if this is the case and send out to everyone who has already purchased. Not sure there is any other way of doing this.

Those who ordered for tomorrows shipment I'll B/O your (or I can refund you) order so you will still have it coming...

Give it a go, why not...either way I'll get replacements sent out to all who purchased...

Can we just take a seal off a phoenix BC and put it on the Raven? Not that I am a fiddler by nature, but if it's a simple fix, I'm willing to try. I have some unused and dead Phoenix BC's here.

Not in Colorado yet!
He may be wanting to experiemnt with adjusting vacuum...

Okay, I understand what he meant now. IMHO, that is not going to work. Now that I think about it, I don't think that will work. I wonder if it needs the air tube and seal to get the capillary action working.?

I've been following the thread while out running errands. I'm glad it seems calmer now. It really didn't look like anyone meant to offend anyone else.

I had a lot of things to say but most of them got said!

I did look at the two vids and Lord Davon's had the tube and seal and Danno's didn't appear to. Though he didn't specifically show it. From playing with the hollow ones, I'd say the inner tube is necessary to create a proper vacuum. Without it there is no Bernoulli effect to create a low pressure zone and draw more juice into the wick.

Looks like Danno will get it sorted out. I'm sure he's embarrassed; but I had faith this would get sorted out. I had hoped others would have better luck but it sounds like they're all hollow.

Penguins definitely think everything tastes better with a seal on top!
