Robbie - wonderful vid, thanks so much!

One problem: where are the links? I thought you said there'd be links on the bottom, but I didn't see any. Also, a question: when you check it initially, can you put it on the ProVari to check the resistance? It has that function, and it's not that I begrudge 20 bucks for a multimeter, it's just that I have so much stuff lying about, and so little space, I'd rather not buy something if I don't have to. :)

Another question: is the wicking material all the same, or are there differences?

I'm thinking that you could use the provari as you have to completely assemble before using the multimeter. Robbie thoughts?

The multimeter test is to make sure you don't have a short and damage the battery (as well as checking the ohms). I believe the Provari won't work if there's a short so that should be fine.

Nah. It checks for shorts, among other things. Wonderful piece of equipment. Totally idiot-proof. Perfect for me. :) I finally broke down and got it after I fried a couple of batts with shorted cartos. I love it an'all, but my reasoning was just a tad off there: a really, really expensive multimeter... Considering how I'm perpetually broke...

Heya Brair. Robbie is correct but I think you missed what he's telling you. Being that your Provari "shuts down" (gives error code) if it detects a short you CAN use it to check your work. If you don't get the error code you should then be able to read the ohms. So there ya go! Save your money for more Stardust's and supplies. lol

BTW... I missed the first release of these Stardust. How are you folks liking them? I was always an E2 lover before the Vision Mini's came along, now that's all I use. Are these Stardust better?

YES! I mean, yes, they are better, imho. The taste is fantabulous. I love, love, love them. Just about everyone does, I think.

I was a big CE2 fan as well but I prefer the Stardust for the simple fact that they don't have the leaking issues and I never get a chemical flavor from burning silicon or gasket, etc. As far as flavor goes, however, I don't think there's that much of a difference between the Stardust and CE2. Stardusts are just better designed IMHO.

I guess the taste is subjective, but you are right about the design, definitely. That little metal gasket inside the cap is a touch of genius - no more plastic taste ever. :)

Bad said tons. But I already got dibs on the first ton, so you better not sleep through this one... :D

Cool! Thanks for the feed back. I hope they (GV) have a ton of these things coming. lol
I saw the first announcement post from Bad and Danno about 2 days afterwards and they were already sold out! :( It's not like me to miss out on a new release. lol
