When I ordered from Plume Room a default percentage came up but I made sure it matched what it said below in the written portion that stated the suggested ratio... just in case. Mainly I checked because the VG seemed a bit high. Wanted to make sure that's what they recommended. Good to know about Ahlusion though.

Does ahlusions recommend different ratios on each one? I ended up w 50/50 on all mine, I guess I mustve set them that way on habit, lol

Can I add that I truly HATE my nautilus (and I even bought the stainless tank when I bought it, yes it was different orders) . This is only the second time I have used it. First time...MOV..Double Barrel. ..this time Ahlusion Figian Nights....oh my holy hell, all I taste is "metal". I truly hate it! $50 down the vape drain. Put Figian in my beloved SmokGBC...I dig it! Totally.

I'll take your nautilus! I love mine! I soaked both of mine in ever clear before I used them. I have a metal tank but have never used it. Perhaps stick with the manufacturers glass tank that came with it?

Yes, but it broke because I clamped it too hard w the pliers when I was taking it back off after overtightening. It pinched the insulator inside. I took it off when it was really hot and then put it back on hot, so when it cooled down it was waayyy too tight. Totally my fault, same thing probably wouldve happened to the rm2. Operator error, lol. I dont think I'm a raw pro, lol. But when I can make/fix it myself, I always choose diy over the other option.

Not sure but I know that when I'd go from flavor to flavor, the percentages changed. But everything acts weird with me so who knows.
Ended up ordering an IGO L... got good reviews on youtube from both my favorite vapetubers... and the SmokTech you recommended looks too much like the octopus I already have. What sold me on the IGO is the simple deck, price and one of the reviewers said it was on the cooler end of vape gear... which is exactly what Im looking for.

I don't think that she meant women have a harder time understanding things, but it's like people use abbreviations that you can't understand if you don't have a reference point. Like when i first read on here people would talk about juice and say "oh i loved the HHV peach and the AIV orange, and i had no clue what they meant. That's why i generally try to type out the whole brand name.
same with equipment, people mention things without really telling you what they are or sharing a link at least so you can see what they're talking about, it just doesn't help at all. The terms have no meaning then. It's just like these incomplete bits of info.

Congrats on the new Kraken clone. I just got my KFL+ clone in yesterday and I finally built it tonight. And I have to say I LOVE IT!!!

It was so easy to build...well after I was able to get the darn thing apart that is, they had it screwed together so dang tight! But once I got my coil on and wicked with the cotton, I put in some Unicorn Poop and wow! This thing puts out some great flavor and vapor. And I love that I can adjust the airflow on it to just where I want it! Now I want another one! Just one is not going to be enough!!

I knew you would love it!

I wonder why some juices have that "reverse steeping" thing going on. Only certain juices I've come across do it... Sucky thing is that Seduce Juice, for instance, took about a week to steep to anything decent... then it was good for about a week... then started to deteriorate. That leaves only about a week of "vapability". Not very long if you ask me. For instance, I liked Snake Oil about a week after it was mixed... tasted like pear and coconut... the cream hadn't come out yet. (which was actually good for me) Then the cream came and overpowered everything... the pear was there but the coconut vanished... which was my favorite part! I even re-added some coconut I had and it was there for a day then disappeared again. Is the cream eating the coconut?
I'm finding that I'm not that found of creams. Have yet to taste one that I care for except Tiger's blood from Vi xen Vapor. (strawberries and cream flavor) but even it has a reverse steep thing going on.

I would really be interested to know which ones you think deteriorate. I buy big bottles when I like something but expect to get a year out of it at least

Yeah at first I thought it was citrus and those kind of juices, but it was in everything I vaped that was over 50% pg. I can do citrus or pretty much anything no problem as long as it's not more than that. Every once in a while I'll test it by vaping something higher in pg and it comes right back. So I figure best to just avoid it if I can. And at 50/50 I get good TH, good vapor and flavor, so I'm happy with that. I have passed up some vendors because of it though, like those that only do 70 pg juices. Once I see that, I won't even look any further. Oh well, it's not like I don't have plenty of other good choices out there!

Exactly! I avoid anything that is 70pg. I know some think that the more PG the more flavor but I like 50/50 and if it can't have good flavor at the ratio than it is not for me

Moderation, lol. I guess when you do enough it doesnt slow you down as much. If I stop for awhile, and start back up, I'm pretty useless for about a week, lol. But after that first week, you'd never know if i just had or not. I just get relaxed and chill, lol. My gf can tell when I havent in too long, I get hyper.

My family HATED me when I quit. It escalated my 8itchiness more than my usual awesome outspoken self lol. My kids were sending me to my room cuz all they knew was mom goes in her room takes a "nap" and comes out cool. It was too funny I went to my room and came out just as much a pita.....kids minds blown lol

Yeah, I prefer single coils so that's why I got the IGO- L. (have several dual coil drippers) This isn't my first dripper... but it's my first authentic one. Every other one I've gotten was either a really cheap one or a clone. Only have had luck with my Trident clone but it's kind of hard to build on.

+1 for single over dual... Dual is more vapor, but less flavor to me. Is that why you dont like them as well?

I am not sure I am drawn to a grape soda vape.. ya never know until ya try it tho. I have to say it is a flavor I wouldn't pick out of a lineup as a good tasting vape.

I have had to keep an open vape mind for instance I love cinnamon in lots of sweets but I finally came to the conclusion that bakery cinnamon vapes are not for me after 3 tries with different vapes. Also fruity ice creams are not typically what I reach for, rather have butter almond or something chocolate but I love fruit and cream vapes. Speaking of I'm wanting Lime Cream but don't want to waste any of what's left since I cent taste much at all.

I love my igo-w too. I also only build single coils on mine. Use it every night. I picked it over the igo-l because of the holes in the posts that make it a little easier to put the coils on. And it is super easy to build on!
