Not sure but I know that when I'd go from flavor to flavor, the percentages changed. But everything acts weird with me so who knows.
Ended up ordering an IGO L... got good reviews on youtube from both my favorite vapetubers... and the SmokTech you recommended looks too much like the octopus I already have. What sold me on the IGO is the simple deck, price and one of the reviewers said it was on the cooler end of vape gear... which is exactly what Im looking for.

I absolutely love my Igo-L, I bought a w4 trying to move up and hated it I actually just traded it off for a different one that's dripper/tank. The deck looks just like an igo-L though so what does that tell you lol.

I got a w4 for my gf, it was a pita to build at first because of all the useless posts. I only ever use single coil, she just liked the way that one looked, lol. I pulled one of the negative terminals out, the posts are pressed into the holes so you can do it w pliers. After that it was super easy to rebuild.

Never ceases to amaze me how the herbal enthusiasts can spot one another and buddy up, lol. Apparently w/o even bein able to see the others eyes. Great minds and all, lol.

Well I've been off for 3+ years but I smoked for well let's just say a long time 15 years ish about 10 daily so I guess I will always think like an enthusiast. Had to quit when my import/export business closed it's doors due to federal intervention.

I love my igo-w too. I also only build single coils on mine. Use it every night. I picked it over the igo-l because of the holes in the posts that make it a little easier to put the coils on. And it is super easy to build on!

I'm so weird. The holes were harder for me lol

Never a good way to close a business.... Bet theres an awfully interesting story behind that. By enthusiast I only meant partaker, not creater, lol

Hey now all my stories are interesting that one not as much as you would think. Someone in the fold tried to jump rank by closing others down. I quit because I had to testify and being in a nono state I didn't want to take a chance of it being in my system didn't think it would take over a year to be done but it did and I just didn't start back up. Still love it when my Cali friends visit. All we've been through made us friends to the end lol.

I'm just now getting into building (bought 15 prebuilts for my Sophia and Dripper Pro cuz I'm a total noob/scared at building) and wonder if anyone prefers the taste of silica wick over cotton?

I've read over & over again about the "WOW" factor of cotton wicks, but I get a funky taste. I used organic cotton or SnC cotton yarn I boiled in distilled water...still kinda funky or diff, I can't describe it.

I have both but have only tried the cotton only because I have much more luck building the coil without the material and then adding the material after coil is built and can only do this with cotton. I do not get any strange taste BUT I have heard that others do

i had that same issue. it always tasted...strange. i've been using the sterile rolled cotton from cvs with good success. didn't boil it or anything. some juices i've found need to like let the cotton soak up more, for like 5minutes and then it doesn't have a weird taste .

Ok thanks guys. I get a weird taste sometimes and sometimes a weird "feeling" in my throat. I can not describe it but almost like I "feel" cotton particles?

Example- if I pop in a new cup w/silica in my Dripper Pro...no problems/issues, great taste. Then if I were to switch it out and put cotton in it, same juice same ohm/volts...it tastes off and I get a weird sensation in my throat. Not harsh/ burnt or like that but almost itchy but not. Ok I know this sounds weird and makes no sense but it is very hard to describe. And no, I'm not allergic to cotton.

Do you have a source for < $1.00 per foot? :)
ReadyXwick is awesome. I can't say enough good about it. I have been using it every day for a month in 1 dripper and it still looks brand new. Ready to change flavors just dry burn, good as new. Works great in anything I have tried. Aqua, Kayfuns, drippers, hell even protanks. I will never be without it again!
