I have not used a prebuilt coil in over 2 months been recoiling and wicking the same pack I do them all once a week when I used that many I actually haven't used my protanks in 2 weeks but my son and brother did when they were here. See extra mods come in handy when smokers etc come to visit (any excuse to have more!) I would say that can be rebuilt 8-10 times before some go loose etc.

Yea I should have known. The top of the bottle was dusty...but I wanted a chocolate vape for a short travel trip...

I ordered a 5 pack of PT coils from FastTech once. They worked just as well as the ones I get from state side vendors.
I have been rebuilding my PT coils over and over until the little white insulator breaks down. Then I toss it and start with a new coil.
Same with my Smoktech Aro coils which are almost identical to PT coils.

If I'm rebuilding them anyway, I'd rather shell out a little extra money for the real thing. If nothing more, there is a quality difference there. All of the protank heads I use now come in those blister packs. The ones from them came in a bag. Lol. Some of them weren't even still assembled. They had come apart during the transit.
