Been using the CVS Sterile cotton for months, and many others have been swiping it from the same roll. Haven't heard any complaints.
But I think I am going over to the dark side "Even Further" with the ReadyXwick.
Yep! Bought the organic cotton balls at Whole Foods and the SnC yarn is what the peeps on byLeo thread told me to get. I just think I'm kinda sensitive to cotton while vaping or something. May look at hemp? Or another alternative besides silica just to try and see if there's a flavor difference.

I was reading up on ReadyxWick and be sure to get TREATED kind. I'm still obviously green on this product but I read this is one of the better places/quality of it?

hmmm I was worried that I might not have the IGOw when someone said 'holes' are easier than screws-mine has screwsView attachment 327051

Mine has screws. What I meant about the holes, are they are in the post where the screws are. You just thread the leads through the holes and screw it down. I just find that a lot easier than having to wrap the lead around the screw. And I actually have the igo-w4. Not sure if the plain igo-w has the holes in the posts or not.

Just put the order in yesterday.
Weird I haven't heard of this before, because the X-116 has been discussed @ ECF as early as 2011.

So what's everyone vaping this a.m? I am off sitting in my hubby's bedroom listening to the little guys watching a movie and giggle. I can actually taste this morning so I'm thoroughly enjoying my fav stimulants. Wawa coffee that I got before he went to work and alternating between Old Orchard Reserve and finally the last drops of Mothers Milk made it through my dripper this morning so. I brought about 10 juices with me I either haven't tried or are due for a revisit. Gonna be fun the next few days I'm here. I get to relax and all my men do the work for the most part. On the weekends they even make me waffles. yum!

Vaping some Ejuice 2 Die 4 Death's Delight in my Nautilus- love the banana and almond! And some Unicorn Poop. Haven't had it in a couple of months. Tastes so good in the KFL+!

Told you you would luv that thing, I actually temporarily retired mine. Don't feel like watching it right now lol. I have switched to AiV Zombie Apocolypse.......craving strawberry this am. Unusual for me. I only have an old sample bottle of this. Eh maybe it was just easier than switching wicks after mothers milk lol

Yes, you were right!

I do that all the time with flavors. If I have something similar I don't bother changing the wick, just throw the new juice in and vape away. I wish I could have liked AIV's ZA, but their base just doesn't taste good to me. I love strawberry vapes, but just not that one.

That's almost what they would retail for individually, if you bought all of them one by one. Such a deal! NOT....
Good lord y'all check out this sample box http://theyoungcoconut.com/product/sample-box/ I still swear I'm gonna mix some stuff in my basement that tastes like a jumbled muddled mess, slap fancy labels on it, deem it high end and sell it for a dollar/ml. I could make a killing! ;)

I use cotton wicks from boiled organic cotton balls that I buy from Amazon (dirt cheap). I have never used it unboiled. But, after boiling it, I can honestly say that I have never gotten a bit of anything "off" tasting from it. It's by far my favorite wick. I have tried the cotton yarn and the silica wick and neither gave me even close to as good absorption and flavor. Just make sure that you put juice on the cotton before you close up and fire the RDA/RBA and wa-la big clouds of tasty vapor.

The only time I ever had a mishap was when I built my Kayfun Lite and forgot to douse the wick, before closing it up. Burnt cotton does indeed taste funky!

I'm just now getting into building (bought 15 prebuilts for my Sophia and Dripper Pro cuz I'm a total noob/scared at building) and wonder if anyone prefers the taste of silica wick over cotton?

I've read over & over again about the "WOW" factor of cotton wicks, but I get a funky taste. I used organic cotton or SnC cotton yarn I boiled in distilled water...still kinda funky or diff, I can't describe it.

I've vaped most of the Standard flavors and only the Frankenvape even seemed interesting. Still have 20 mils of it sitting in my juice box too. So, it wasn't stupendous by any means. Not exactly sure I would any of those brands into the category with AiV, AHL, TPR, etc.

I made a mistake and went with the "default" ration that popped up on AHL on my first order - 90VG/10PG and it took FOREVER to come together. It's not their recommended default, it's just how the page came up. On SOME of their juices, in their descriptions, they'll recommend a ratio, but what pops up when you order is not intended to be a default mix.

it's really dumb that they have it set that way-my 1st order there had literally no flavor due to being 90%VG, if they can't do anything with flavor at that ratio it shouldn't even be offered

oh i want to try this so bad Lost Art Liquids – Kaptain Peanut Butter Krunch | Majestic Vapes
