The Halo top cap comes in 20mm and 22mm. I'd assume the 20mm will work but can't confirm.

It's really not clear from the CIA line what the specs are on their caps. I've heard 20mm and 22mm as well, but I have no idea whether that's the inside diameter (ID) or outside diameter (OD). It's tough with them marketing to branded decks (patriot, IGO-W, IGO-S, Nimbus, etc.) and not to the spec of the piece. I'd love love to see them put numbers on their list! I'm not gonna pay for one if it's not clear it will fit...
