Just checkin to see if there is any update on when these will be back in stock since it's been about 2 weeks from the post above or did I miss them?

Thanks and look forward to trying these out as I enjoyed the MAP tank but was a little cumbersome adjusting and cleaning as well as having to pipe cut and remove and replace the CE2's which appears that all of these items are addressed by the SSR.

I've been checking regularly, and haven't seen them lately. It sounds like they will be available again shortly.

Yes, these really are simple to service. I got one in the first run, and have really enjoyed it. Cleaning is simple, just pull the top off, pull the tube off, rinse and reassemble. Changing the CE2 is very simple as well, just disassemble SSR, unscrew spent CE2, remove the tube from new CE2, move the o-ring from the spent CE2 to the new CE2, screw in new CE2, reassemble SSR.
I haven't had another tank mod, so can't say from experience what the differences are, but from what I've read, replacing the CE2 in the other tanks is a bit more involve.

You won't be able to close the arm on your Darwin unless you get a TTT gooseneck. I have one, and it works great. It does get a bit long with it on though.

Does anyone know if there will be the option to just buy an extra tube since they both use the same end caps?

I was hoping to buy a regular one and just get an extra XL tube unless they don't use the same end caps.

Yes the xl tube uses the same end caps. Last time i ordered I was able to just buy an XL tube.

I am still using mine. One can replace the ce2 510 easily. Disassemble and screw out old ce2 clean or replace it and put together again. CE2 last forever so it seems. Unless you break them while trying to get the clear plastic off-I have toasted a few this way. Still love it. It ranks with my dualies.....which I am trying to mod as well.

What Sdh said. The SSR itself should last quite a long time, but the CE2 that goes inside has a life span that will vary depending on how hard you use it. My first one died after around a month of hard use, all day chain vaping. Swapped it out this morning before work, and good to go. Easy peasy.

Now that the GP CE2s will be on the site, that will cost around a dollar a month, which is pretty darn sweet.
