Hi Imeo, I'm a pretty new owner of a GG product (Penelope, bought from another guy in Italy) and I fel in love with it. Now I understand why GG users are so proud of their PVs; the bild quality is outstanding and after a little bit of practice they deliver an amazing
vaping experience, by far better then anything else I happened to try.
Now to the point.
I read about issues with the french and the english vendor, no I would like to draw your attention to the italian situation, which is not really that better.
The italian GG vendor's website, bitfumo.it as you know, has been down in the last
three weeks, sometimes displaying the page of the russian host, sometimes being blocked by google due to potential malware infection.
The site is know back online, unfortunately the preorders for spare parts are now closed, as I understood. Bitfumo still displays the preorders for GG spare parts, and not even for all the parts listed here.
No answers to emails, neither.
So what?
I don't really have the time to stay the whole day in front of my PC to check if someone wants to take my money - it's just absurd.
The result is I missed the preorders and won't get spares for Penelope. Hurra!
Such a preorder system is by far too complicated, IMHO, and must rely on serious vendors, which is not the case here.
The way to go should probably be this one:
I am not sure that I will keep the preorders style Ti. I prefere to have products in my hands first and then I will sell them
with
serious vendors I can trust. I want to go in a shop and buy phisically my spare parts, I would have bought many.
If I want to purchase some italian mods, I just walk into a shop, which has them in stock, pays in advance and then sells the items at a fair price. Just as it should be.
Please please arrange such a situation in the future, Imeo.
GG products are of such quality, that the need for such a closed preorder system is not necessary, in my opinion. A couple of friends of mine tryed Penelope and would buy it today, now the problem is they can not. I myself would buy immediately another one (and I will surely go for Ithaka, too), but I'm not able to.
Now I'm not saying to run a massive production like chinese crap, but availibility of your products should be granted always without just having to be lucky to have a running website (in 2012).
Is there still a possibility for me to buy some Penelope spares?
Thank you in advance for your response!
