Can greencig cartos be refilled? Do you guys have a link to the post on how to do it? I can't find it.
YES they can be refilled and you will never get that burnt taste! They rock with the HV juice on them and then paired with Drew's passthrough.. awesome! You would just drip very very slow into the end where the battery is OR you can pull apart like the KR808 carts....but its a bit more complicated. I just drip through the battery end..no more than 3-5 drops and roll around or sit overnight.. but youtubecom she is a posted a how to..I cant find right this minute but when I do I will post here. Lotus is great with the carts also.. can someone do a video? LOL... I haven't tried to pull apart from other end yet!

Why can't Greencig sell blank cartos and we fill them up with Drew's Juice ourselves???
I believe he can (kr808;s) but he would have to charge the same price and Drew didnt feel like that was the right thing when we could vape till empty then refill ourselves..but again this was with Kr808's but with the green cig carto's it may be more technical than this and for that you will have to ask Drew.
I happen to love the GC flavors they are very different from Dekang Liquid in the KR808 which I DONT like..so in the KR808 I would def purchase the empties.. but its personal preference.
I add all of Drew's juices to these carts and get NO nasty mixed flavors.. or it tasting like something else (as I did with kr808 cartos... I dont mind dripping on them.
But now that his juice will be in them.. I dont need empties. this is just soo awesome!!!

I've seen one or two youtube videos that showed how to refill a greencig carto through the mouthpiece end. The mouthpiece end-cap seems a little difficult to remove (versus the KR808D1) because it is glued, but it can be done with a little patience. It is also a PITA because you do need to clean the glue residue inside the mouthpiece end. However, after you've removed and cleaned it, you can refill with your favorite Drew juice or change the polyfill batting material to say, the pyramid tea bag (if you so desire).

My main contention why I prefer to have an empty or blank greencig carto is because a "virgin" carto filled with *fresh* Drew Juice of your choice will taste and smell EXTRAORDINARY like never before. The flavor and hit will be INTENSE  ..... in terms of your vaping experience.

The GC cartos only work on the KR808D-1 auto-batts with the slot on the battery post right? Manual batts are not compatible right? Just want to make sure so that I stock up on the right batts. =)

Thanks!
Tom
Tom,
Yes.. right now they will only work on the AUTO batteries (with notch), the manual batteries do NOT have the notch in the bottom to allow for proper airflow on them...
I havent tried for myself yet.. but manual battery from Drew wuill be here soon and I will report back..but I not hopeful I believe Drew tried for himself.
I also heard (read) somewhere that a vendor had and still sells some of the "older" Kr808 auto batteries that before improvements(the notch) were flush (Drew please correct me if I am wrong here..) they have no notch and even some with 4 holes in the battery also "older" models of the Kr808. These batteries may also prove to be problematic with the kr808 and green cig carts.
The new 2 holes have notches, the new manuals do not. The new auto's have 2 holes.. the older have 4 holes.
I am hoping that Drew can find out if we can get the notches put into the new manuals.. I LOVE my green cig Carto's!!

Type --- greencig or greencig cartomizer --- in the youtube searchbox. There is a guy with a 3-part video review of the greencig. Look at his part 3. He "dissected" a greencig carto and showed the innards. He is a bit long-winded though, but his video is clear.

There is also a discussion here in ECF regarding how-to refill a greencig. I forgot where the section is, but you can try the ECF searchbox.

These are ALL great points actually, so let me see if I can explain a little...First of all I have Kr808 carts on order in blanks...the reason it took so long is as Need greenVape:p said is that the empty cartomizers are only slightly cheaper empty than full and I cant see charging for empty carts but people requested them so feverishly that I was forced to order them...Next I have been working with Greenworld for a long time and they have been very receptive to customer feedback...After their recent flavor change that many of my customers felt dissatisfied they informed me that the flavoring was part of their drive to make the carts healthier and that they were going to keep that recipe but would be willing to accommodate my wishes for stronger flavoring...I then asked them if it would be alright for me to provide MY liquids which they have agreed...Part of our discussion included me filling the carts myself and after careful consideration I determined that would not be possible at this time...These carts are filled and sealed meticulously so that they don't leak... If they are not filled properly they WILL leak and cause damage to the batteries and cause premature failure...If someone fills these carts on their own and it causes battery problems it will raise warranty issues with the kits...Right now most people buy these carts and use them with the Kr batteries, but once people realize that the Greecig battery is really the best battery on the market this will stop...WOw what a sentence that was....Thanks for reading

Drew,
There is a simple alternative to fill a *blank* greencig carto *without* removing the mouthpiece end cap....

Since the greencig wick and coil is separated from the polyfill batting material (unlike the KR808), then it is *easy* to use a syringe for fill-up or refill. A syringe provides consistent and precise amount of mL of Drew juice to be injected into the cartridge. Good for your quality control of carto juice content (which means more happy and satisfied customers and more business for you).

With the syringe fill-up method, the argument about leakage and damage to the batteries becomes moot and academic because you don't have to remove the mouthpiece end cap. This further strengthens my argument in favor of blank or empty greencig cartos as an OPTION for customers who want to fill and refill themselves to have that intense vaping experience.

BTW, you inject the syringe into the cartridge through the breathing *hole* in the mouthpiece end cap. You have to use a small-gauge needle and make sure you "inject" juice into all sides of the cartridge to saturate the filling material.

Edit: You inject juice into the TOP of the Greencig cartomizer?! Just into space? Do you realize that there is a plastic cartridge that is facing downward with filler material inside of it against the wick material at the bottom?

So do you just inject all that juice, let it pool into the cart and just let it sit for a few days and hope it will soak it all up or something? That does not make sense to me... perhaps the design changed?

I just drip through the battery end roll.. I know its getting where it needs to be without pulling anything apart.. after what Drew said now I dont want to pull apart..
I do this very slowly and watch the juice suck into the cart. I only need 3-5 drops of Drew's Juice to get them saturated and BAM Drew power!
I am SURE that if they are going to fill with Drew's Juice.. It will taste even Better than they do currently!
Hap 555 is a Def!!! and Virginia.. I love that one also.

Yes, dripping through the battery end is the easier way to go, though you have to do it more often of course. If you take one apart, make sure you don't push the cart too far into the tube or you'll press the wick too hard and get a really stiff draw.

If you've taken one apart you'll know why I say that if you drip into the battery end, just leave it standing up on the mouthpiece to let the liquid work it's way down to the wick and cart. Rolling it around can let some of it slide down the side of the tube and wind up in your mouth.

You can actually drip 4 drops, wait a few minutes, drip 4 more and repeat until you've gotten 15 drops or so IF you have a DRY cart.

Drew
what makes the greencig batts so much better than the 808 or other batts?
