looks like a capuccino maker to me, albeit in a dirty alleyway and on the floor, but that nozzle reminds me of the steamer thing I have on the one I have .

Well appointment went ok. We have to head up to wilmington overnight at some point so he can have some special operation where they remove the innards of his eye and fix the back of it. sounds complicated and if something that sounds like a hole happens, he gets gas shot into it and has to sit with his head facing down for eight weeks. oh, and btw he *might* not regain sight in that eye when it's all done. *sigh*.
To add insult to injury, my car died and we had to be towed the fifty miles home with a tow truck driver who wouldn't stop talkin!

I was worried that the nozzle would give it away, but the other side had the handle for the grounds lol.

Technically it's an espresso maker, but cappuccino is close enough :D

seriously!!?! lol I was taking a wild guess based solely on that nozzle!
hah!
yeah it did suck, specially cause hubby still hasn't figured out why the car will start but won't stay running. Thankfully I only had to deal with the tow truck driver for an hour, but man I know now why he's been married three times! (lol yes I DID get the life story. nice guy but way chatty!)

Lol, yep, you got it right!

Maybe there's a loose connection or it needs new spark plugs? There's a possibility that the alternator could be going bad too. (I work on my own cars lol)

Don't ever ride in a car with me, you want to talk chatty? Try talking to an ADHD woman!
we think it's fuel filter, cat or fuel pump issue. I got gas two places in the last three weeks that I never bought from in the past. It's starting and running smooth as glass then choking out about a minute later, like it's starving for gas. Which suggests there's crud in the filter or line that is dropping down when the engine isn't requesting it, and then floating up to block something when it's running. it diesels when it dies, including a vacuum sound at the end, which supports that theory. am praying it isn't he cat, can't afford that, and the junk yard won't sell it.

lol I had a brother who was a mechanic, uncle who was a mechanic and I help hubby more often than not lol. Have an ear for it , though I don't turn the wrenches like I used to.

DMF, that stinks about the car problems. Does your DH have a detached retina?

Pretty cat...that looks like the ignition for a laser (or for something that is obliviously dangerous if you press that button in the center without thinking)
it's my dad. he's old and an insulin dependent diabetic. double whammy
