Ha-y-n Styled Wood Mods

Thanks, Blue - gorgeous, isn't it? I still believe it would need to be placed onto the wood with transfer paper due to the intricacy of the design in order to be able to carve all of it.

And I would be looking for a smallish mod - one that I can palm. I have 18650 and 14650 batteries on hand. They are about the same height as one another, but the latter would allow for a slimmer mod, which would suit me better. I would also want it to be as short as possible.

With raised/external 510 fittings and collar threading, (like the top of an eGo battery), so that I can use Stardusts or EMDCCs on it, if I like w/o having to screw on a 510 to eGo adapter....


Again, no rush at all ... just draw up some sketches when you have the time and we can go from there.

ETA: okay, after studying the image at 33%, I think that is just too small to show all of the detail clearly. 50% would be better, I think.

The mod will be as big as it needs to be to accommodate the design at 50% of the original size I posted .... I leave that magic making in your very capable hands.

If you like, I can send you the design re-sized at 50% via PM, or I can post it in the thread. I just want to keep it as small as it can possibly be kept and still maintain the integrity of the design. Do you have any transfer paper on hand like tattoo artists use? I think that is going to make it a lot simpler to put the design onto the wood for you to be able to work your magic.

Ooh, a carved pineapple would be cool. Pineapples are the symbol of hospitality for some reason. They're a very friendly fruit. Also, if you overeat on a holiday or something, eating half a pineapple makes you feel better in like half an hour. That's come in handy a time or 12.lol
There's tons of wooden carved pineapple finials (like to go on top of posts for railings and such). Might be able to get you an idea from one of them. Lemme see if I can find one...
Well, here's a whole slew of them. Some of the simpler more stylistic ones might not be too impossible. I have a few actually that I use as bookends. lol
