Try cleaning the moat around the battery post with a napkin rolled to a point, or with a straw. You can use a tiny bit of ISO (rubbing alcohol) to aid in removing debris. Clean the bottom of the tank and threads the same way. Then get a needle or toothpick and insert it into the two air intake holes on the top of the battery post, there is one on each side. They are tiny and easy to block. Then do the same to make sure the two air holes on the bottom of the Triton tank are free and clear.

take the tank off the battery, check the battery and clean up any condensation (liquids) that might be on it. Then put a paper towel on the holding the bottom of the tank, and BLOW through the tank from the drip tip. I find often with the BC you get this sort of fluid blocked in it.

Rememeber too when you screw the tank back on, you dont need to screw it down super tight, the loser the tank is on, the more air you can draw in.

Sounds like the coil is gunked up. Low draw plus poor vapor production?

Time for a rinse, at the least. plus probably a dry burn, with another rinse to rid the ashes.

Next time, do what many do. Get the 5 pack of replacement coils. When one gets gunked, put it aside. When you get a bunch of them, gang clean them.

You'll see. A fresh clean coil is vape nirvana...:thumb:

And Spencer, Welcome!!

Belgian Cocoa is an amazing juice but it is a bit hard on coils as far as gunking them up within a couple of tankfuls Are you familiar with dry burning? It's really the only way to get gunk off of the coils really well. Some people soak in vodka or pure grain alcohol overnight to assist in removing gunk. I just rinse mine with really hot water then dry burn them...good as new! In case you're not familiar with it, dry burning is when one assembles the coil and tank just enough to get power to the coil (without the mouthpiece, drip tip) and fires the coil in short bursts with no ejuice in the tank. Looking down into your Triton while doing this, you'll start to see the coils glowing more and more as the gunk gets burned off them. Only use about 3 second firings so as to not overheat the coil. You do not want the coil glowing extremely bright or very long, rather using many 3 second bursts of power to make it glow over and over. It will begin to glow easier (faster per firing) with each consecutive firing. An occasional hard blow into it with your mouth from a few inches away will help to clear the ashes of the carmelized gunk as it burns off. Follow this procedure with another good rinse, dry your wicks the best you can with a paper towel, reassemble, refill and vape on! All this can be avoided by simply replacing the coil but this saves money and can be repeated many times using the same coil! By the way, remove the flavor wick that lays on top of the coil but not the wick that goes through the coil before starting this dry burn procedure.

Also, check the rubber condom that is on top the coil...make sure that it is not pushed down too far. It should just fit. If its too tight, the wicks will not have enough room for sucking in juice. Also make sure the wicks are on top of another.
If you've cleaned, dry burned, and tried all the above suggestions, and your battery is still working with the other tank you have...then I'd say you need a replacement coil!
Just my :2c: tho! ;)

Although it is possible, this doesn't sound like a gunked coil issue. Spencer said it was fine yesterday, and noticed a big change with suction today. The build up on a coil is more of a gradual process. What he described sounds sudden, which leads me to believe this is an air flow issue. Which means he needs to follow the air inlets back into the bottom of the tank and make sure all is clear.

Great point made here by brother GreenLeaf! Spencer, if you take the tank off the battery, is it still hard to draw air through?

On that point, everyone would do well to clean the connector pin, regularly.

Juices always accumulate there (dripped or condensation), and corrode the terminal. A simple wipe with a round toothpick works well. There's also two small air holes around the top connector, that we need to clear, after wiping the top. Again, round toothpick.

I don't believe that the two inner air holes affect the draw on the Triton, but they will affect anything 808 threaded (small top thread only), so cartos and minitanks.
