Came across these and thought I'd share. There's a company called MTM who makes ammo boxes for various sized cartridges. You can check out there website at www.ammoboxes.com. First, a few size comparisons:

Top-view:
The e-Health cart is about the same diameter of a real cigarette filter, and fits a little loose in a factory 9mm cartridge slot, the 901 cart fits perfectly in the 9mm slot, but it's quite a bit taller so you might need a .38 box just for the height. I don't have any of the larger carts for testing, so your mileage may vary. I placed a small order off the MTM website this morning ($15 minimum) for a variety of their clear smoke 50-round cases. Conversely, if you have a friend who shoots handguns he'll probably give you his empty factory trays fro free.
