You would think that what California does, New York would follow suit. Arnold put the kabbash on the California ecig ban, and many high rollers from Cali travel to New York and vise versa.

Sadly, freedom has become a political issue with so many statism running rampant as it is. Standing up for your rights becomes more political every day.

Hell yeah man. I wonder about instances like that myself every day. It amazes me the hypocracy of some of these laws intercecting like this in terms of what's tolerated vs. what they're trying to be rid of. New York is not alone in this *knocks on San Rafeal, CA's door*

We can go to Colorado or Washington and smoke "other stuff" & we can go to the grocery store & buy cigarettes & booze anytime. We're told to give our children amphetamine-like medicine instead of teaching them self-control. But God forbid, adults might suck in some vapor or drink too much soda.

Yes! What about that! I hate being a conspiracy theorist, but it's a coming! I am all for the Medical, heck, glad it is being legalized, but when it comes to that vs. vaping. I said in a post, you can go to a bar and get hammered, but you cannot suck nicotine vapor while getting hammered? We are starting to see where the gov't and FDA's priorities are sitting!
