My spouse has taken to vaping and he never smoked an analog in his life. He likes the kick from the nicotine and the flavors are awesome. Of course this began with me, transitioning to e-cig, spending lots of money compared to what it would have been buying cartons of smokes, but overall, the switch has been extremely satisfying and I still get the nicotine I crave. Cutting down the nicotine and may be end up being a 0mg. vaper for life. The process of hand to mouth with such incredible flavors! I love the taste of tobacco and some of the non tobacco flavors. It is so easy to not miss the smell of an ashtray or looking for a flame to light up. Taste sensations and smells have so intensified that there is a new found pleasure to replace the rather stenchful old habit repercussion.

I've been vaping since July and have smoked 2 packs on cigaretts since then. I only bought the American Spirits for the aluminum case and planned on giving the cigs to a friend but ended up smoking them at the bar. I went to a couple smoking bars this weekend and had to go outside to vape since the smoke was bothering me. I bought some tobacco juice for when I thought about smoking but don't even care for those and end up vaping mocha most of the time.

I was smoking more than a pack a day off and on for sevearl years.. now I smoke a pack a week.. I haven't stopped completely yet, but I'd say that's quite an accomplishment. I've only been vaping for 2-3 months now, but as soon as I got my first ecig, the amount I smoked "analogs" drastically decreased.

28 years of on and off smoking I am 5+weeks smoke free and loving it. I don't miss anything about the analogs, haven't had 1! I smoke/vape in my house, car around the family etc....its a newfound freedom of smoking/vaping. I love the juice flavors and have already gone from high to medium. I recommend this to everyone! Best of luck to you!

I am 47 years old and smoked for 30 years, I tried everything just as most here have, the patch, gum, pills, hypnosis, not 1 of them stopped me from craving and smoking analogs. I started vaping on September 24 2009 and have not looked back, these things IMO are amazing. I would also like to mention that before vaping I had a smokers cough that I had been dealing with for 17 years, it was very embarrassing for me because I coughed all the time, it got to the point where co-workers would make little comments to me like don't spread your TB my way and then followup with I'm just kidding but I know the weren't. Well needless to say my cough is gone ,I can breath so much better and 11 more of my friends and family members are also vaping now after they seen what it did for me.

New to the Forum.... I suffer with COPD.... Have had a very hard time giving up analogs, I cheated all the time and my wife would get very mad (not to blame her) I ordered 4 cheap one's from DX, Ordered some juice, got a bottle of VG and mix 50/50. Read all I can on here and restuffed (tea bag) and refill. HAVE BEEN SMOKE FREE 3 WEEKS NOW. I have to say Thanks to this forum and all who post, It has been a very fast learning curve I burnt 1 atty, but have 3 more...lol, I did order a 510 kit the other day, should have it next week. Thanks again to all and remember "Even the Clouds are Vapor" So keep looking up.

Don't give up! I got a low-quality 901 and was unable to quite for 3 months. I cut down, but it wasn't until I got a 510 that I could completely stop smoking tobacco. Since then I've gotten a few 901's that are good, but generally speaking you will get more vapor production from a munal battery deive (at least in my experience --I'm sure there are exceptions.) I need a ton of smoke and the manual battery is the only way I could consistently get it. I wasted a lot of money getting to where I am....but it's still less than Iwould have paid to keeo smoking...not to mention much cleaner and satisfying from a health standpoint. Find the device, flavor and strength that suits you best....and don't feel bad if the first try isn't the one.

Oh...and btw...tobacco free since June. And I didn't think this wquld work after trying my first 2 e-cigs....they sucked. But I finally got a good one. So happy I sell them locally, but this isn't a plug for me so I won't say anything else, other than read the forum and see what works for most of us....

My last analog was 3 weeks ago, when my 510 showed up and charged.

I miss it on occasion. After an exceptionally good meal... sometimes.

Even the morning one has gone away though. I solved that by switching to vaping ~12-14mg and and then dropping a bit of 18mg if I get the urge.

It also helps that I /strongly/ prefer my juice to what I remember the analogs tasting like, and it may even help that now my wife stinks after she smokes. :D

Been a smoker for 28 years. over the last 10 years I smoked a pack to a pack and a half. I was a heavy cigar smoker too. I was sort of like a professional smoker.

I have been smoke free for 76 days now. This is it folks! I'm done with smokes.

My motivation is not fear! I feel so much better..... that is my motivation.

The first breath when I wake up is the best! I don't run out of breath even when I jog or climb the stairs. Food tastes better........best part...I'm not gaining weight!

One more thing...I smell good!
