Try sending another email to David. I had some problems with an order and emails went unanswered. I finally tried again and David responded immediately, stating that they were training a new guy for the web site and he was "very confused" by some of the emails. In other words, what he didn't understand, he didn't respond to. After finally getting thru to David, it sounds like my problem has been resolved? Haven't received the package yet, but have been assured it is on it's way. I went directly to the web site, waited until I saw David was online, then sent my email. He responded within the hour. I would give that a try. Good luck.

I also had problems receiving a reply from david yang and think the training a new guy was just an excuse. I sent 2 email on the 15th and 16th and have never received a reply. I don't think it is actually david yang that replies to all the emails. I believe it is an auto signature because I sent for a lost password and got one instantly saying it was from him.

He does seem to be either over-whelmed or unorganized when it come to answering emails. I found if you put in the subject line :URGENT with many of these !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, he responds more quickly.

He did make a custom liquid order for me and gave me an extra bottle of liquid so I have no complaints.

Well, I decided to practice as much patience as I could muster, and not keep on trying to find out where my package was. I figured, since I'm in Egypt, I'll give it little more time than what most here seem to be expecting regarding shipping time.

So its almost three weeks later, and figured that unless it was dispatched on a row boat it should have arrived in customs. I checked ems tracking...the package is still in China! Not only that, but it looks like its taking a circle back to Shenzhen if I'm not mistaken.

I am so sad right now.. crazyhorse is a new member and his/her golden retriever passed on Mon at 14 yrs. My pup is 13 (pic below) and I am getting nervous now even tho he is in good health.

My condolences Lakota. That is one of the hardest thing. Someone who never loved a dog like their child can never understand how much it hurts.

not to hijack the thread back to Eastmall talk, but there seems to be some issues with them.
I accidently put brooklyn instead of New York on a package that was to be mailed to me.
it made it here and was returned to sender, however i sent two emails regarding what i can do about the returned shipment, who actually delivers it in the states and how i can get this order reshipped to the proper address.
no email was ever returned to me about this.
no refund for the shipment was done AND the order i amde that used to be on my eastmall account is no longer there saying i never placed an order.
i think i'm going to have to issue a charge back via paypal to get my 165$ back for this shipment since they dont seem capable of replying to customer inquiries.

have ANYONE actually gotten a reply from David Yang about this and does he post on this board?

I too had issues with him responding to emails. IM or Skype him, I was able to chat with him the other day after sending email with no response for over 14+ days. He promptly told me where the order was and in 2 days I had it. The problem is the time difference, I had to wait till about 10PM EST to see him online.

Wow.. I sent 3 emails abotu "changing my order" after I placed it and I have to believe he just does not check emails. Now I see he likely does not! Bad business practice.. but I did get my order and got it pretty fast.. just didn't get to add the stuff I forgot. Oh well.

Hey Art... we have the monthly Vapers Club meeting on Long Island on a monthly basis. Let Me know if you want to come... I can send you an invite to the "Long Island Vapers Club" Forum on here.

I placed 2 orders with David Yang. I had to email him on both orders because they sat in the "processing" mode for days. On the 1st order/emails he replied back. On the 2nd order, he did not respond, but it did move out of the processing mode and was shipped. On both orders he issued gifts... on the 1st order he sent several oversized bottles, on the second he sent 1 oversized bottle.

I think his business is innundated with orders and maybe is having a hard time keeping up because on the 1st order on some of the flavors the nicotine concentrations were scratched out and the concentrations I ordered hand written in next to the original scratch out. (All the colors matched of each flavor group) Then, on my 2nd order there were 3 types of label being used: a beautiful typed color label with flowers, a regular typed label, and then, on a different flavor there was a hand printed label... My summation from the 2 orders is that he is either understaffed or is a family owned/operated business.

Before you do anything with Paypal, see if he moved your order to your new listing. And, or write an eye-catching email subject title: "Order#.... If No Response, Will be Paypal Disputing". See, I think he is reading the emails, but that he is getting so many that he corrects the problems and does not respond back to us.

Further, I believe the Eastern Culture is very concerned about handling the work-load and making things correct and less concerned with conversation. I think, we in the West, place a different value on conversation. (When I was very, very young I was engaged to a Chinese fellow and I know from helping out at his family's laundry and ironing 300 shirts/hour that all work must be done before there is any conversation.) Thus, I hope and believe that David Yang will probably be or has handled your situation.

I can confirm that David Yang is reading his email. The 24th was his birthday and I sent him an email with a personally designed card inside the email. It took me until the 25th to get the card the way I wanted it, so the email was posted to him on the 25. This morning when I signed on his response was in my inbox. And, I can assure you from his appreciative email to me that he is one generous and gracious man. (jangler, I'll message you)

Just wanted to mentioned...a few days ago I posted on this thread about how three weeks after ordering, EMS tracking still showed the package to be in China.

Well, today I got the package! Don't really know whats up with EMS tracking system, but thanks to those who mentioned it wasn't always accurate...gave me a little hope that I might actually see those e-cigs that I paid for! hehe.

I don't think there's a problem with receiving orders. But if you have a problem with items then that's when they become invasive. I received my last order 4/20 with missing items. Since then I've sent 3 emails, last 2 was sent directly thru their website. I still don't have a reply. Reading the posts before me, it looks like they do read their emails so why has he not taken care of this or at least respond to my emails?

I think that the CN suppliers are so swamped right now with lost of large orders and TONS of smaller orders, that they can't deal with warranties or problems right now.

Hope things get fixed for ya, hopefully their customer service does not go byebye.
