They very well may be that confident. My most recent order which was from Mt Baker was scheduled to arrive on the 1st but showed up earlier today after a 2500+ mile trip, and I was thrilled.

That's awesome. I hope mine are early! I can't wait to get my protank 2 and kanthal 30.

My last MBV order arrived here in NC July 24th, after being shipped out on the 22nd... pretty darn quick. That being said, they DID report it as "Delivered" at 10 in the morning, when I know for a fact there are never USPS deliveries to my apartment complex before 4pm. Lived here for a year and it's never happened before, and I even confirmed that it had NOT arrived at that point.

for my vape mail, out of all 10 of my usps shipments, only 3, yes 3arrived on time or early of the date usps stated. of the others, the average time is usps date + 2 days. when a shipment is late they dont even update the date of delivery they say.. the longest its been late is 5 days because it was in the closest major hub to me and was moved further away from me to loop back around to me. then sat 2 days 10 miles from my house before being sent to local office to deliver. i dont really care for usps. but my mail lady is awesome, if i tell her im expecting a package she will arrive at work early to check if its there or not. if its there she will call me to say that i can pick it up in person before XX time or wait for her to deliver it to me at the same time she always comes by my house (+/- 3 minutes in rain / snow).

rounding third and heading home...
for us we can pretty much count on it being the day AFTER they say they will. Such is small town living. ;)

I live in a small town also. if your town has a post office the package does get delivered to the post office on time but doesn't get delivered to you until a day after because they usually put things out for delivery(whether po box or delivery) until after they do the things they sorted and put out the day before. it is just a matter of staffing and time. I have no complaints about my post office, they do a really good job and are quite nice.

I firgured out that my USPS Delivery guy WILL NOT come to my door and knock, he will just sit in his vehicle and sometimes write me a pink slip stating "sorry we missed you". It's as if he expects me to sit outside till he gets there, I have stated to my local PO that all he has to do is knock and or open the door drop off the package and it'll be fine/safe. FEDex/UPS have no issues opening my door, leaving the package/s, locking the door and closing the door, and it's just that simple.

I will get that "delivery date" and it will be here 2 days after or sometimes before, so I welded my mailbox shut in which forces him to get off his high horse and come directly to my door.

In response to the OP, yes, it has changed.

But not by much. I had an order from PriceAngels.com that had the scheduled delivery date "revised" twice.

I've also had highly anticipated VapeMailTM get processed through the same sorting facility two days in a row. It's like they read the package label, think "Oh, it's his VapeMailTM" and surrepticiously put in in the wrong bin so that it has to go through all over again. Sadistic bastidges.

I am having a problem with my postal driver. He marked a package from TVC as delivered, yet it wasn't delivered to me. SOOO MAD!!! I had to pony up and order another bottle so I don't run out. I opened a claim with the post office online and they are supposed to contact me. My question is, if they deem it "delivered" and I didn't receive the package what happens next? Anyone encounter this before?

Call your local PO and speak to them nicely to see if they can check the back for your package.
