Hawaii Legislation Pending

One of my customers in Hawaii sent me this information and I decided to pass it on in case any one else here would like to sign the petition against it. Hawaii is proposing a 70% tax on all e-liquid AND all hardware. This would, of course, set a precedent for other states. I signed and commented and encourage everyone else to take a minute to do the same (you don't have to live in Hawaii to respond)!

I couldn't agree more! I've sent out links and e-mails to many people to help get this stopped. A 70% tax on hardware would make a starter kit or replacement parts unaffordable to many.

(I wouldn't be even slightly surprised if this bill was written by a cigarette company lobbyist)
