I've had a few packages come through since my juice got held up... one was only in customs 1 day... so I dunno about flagging.. might just be coincidence.

oh and buy double chocolate flavouring. the perfumers apprentice stuff. that fixes anything hehe. I ran out and sure miss having it handy. it's like a double chocolate cake. mmm. I still have some lorann's licorice that overpowers most anything too

I just had a second shipment of "hardware only" be refused for entry in Canada. Hired DHL broker to get it released who immediately just folded like a cheap lawn chair to the "Canada terrori$$t organization" AKA Healthless Canada.

WTF? How can they possibly justify refusing hardware?? Man if that happens to me I'm going to be royally pi$$ed.

Did you call to ask for an explanation? Maybe the supplier put something on the customs slip that indicates there's nic in the package.

No, it was not that, my shipper is no rookie to the problems with HC. I just got of the phone with a real nice lady from DHL who at first went by the book blah blah blah. She said in Dec 2010 HC has changed their stance on hardware only being allowed is and it is no longer allowed for import. Previous to this date they were allowing hardware only in. She went on to say the HC tells them that they since have done a new study on e cigs and determined e cigs are not safe so they changed their policy. After telling her more factual information rather than HC ``straight out of their ...`` explanation she really changed her tone and started talking to me like a friend. Told me my address and maybe senders address are now probably flagged but she has no way to know for sure. Guess DHL did not fold like a cheap lawn chair. (if what she tells me is true) She said once HC says no, DHL and their broker cannot do anything. No means no, just like a parent telling their 3 year old no more chocolate bars for you. All I could do is go in and try to talk customs into releasing it. She asked me to please let her know if I got it out. (maybe wants to order one) lol Seriously though, I got the feeling that she is getting more than a few calls on this matter and sympathizes with our cause.

Ah, the fun and games.
