I am hoping this just means cartomizers that already contain nicotine. There should be nothing wrong with EMPTY cartridges, cartomizer, atomizers, etc. Maybe they are just THAT clueless that they can't tell an empty carto from a full one??? It is hard to enforce a ban on something that you know nothing about. These people at customs need to be educated if they are seizing our stuff, and the ban needs to be clarified to them, and even moreso to us. I feel like at this point there is absolutely no communication with Health Canada, which is part of the reason why everyone is panicing and outraged. They need to have a press release that includes all of the regulations, classifications, studies backing up their descisions, and potentially what their next steps are (like if they plan to actually do a proper study to re-evaluate their stance on e-cigs in the near future, what steps, if any, are being made to create market authorization or regulation, or if they are working towards a total ban and laws against vaping, etc). Am I unreasonable to expect this of a corrupt government agency??? It is ridiculous that they can seize something and not justify the reasoning or law behind it.
