OK...does anyone know what HC can do to a retailer that is selling hardware/liquids? Our member nehe posted that she has received 2 letters from HC.See this post here.

Let's say that "canadiansupplierXX.ca" does get a letter, or two, from HC, what will HC do to them? Is it a fine? Jail time? Criminal charges?

Can they even do anything?

I think NeHe stated that they were the end user not a retailer so I'm not sure what, if any pull, HC would have. I have purchased OTC pain medications for a bulging disc in my back at Walgreens in the States that aren't available in Cda without a Rx. I really can't see HC coming down on me for using the product for my own consumption.

I guess the only thing we have to draw on for comparison purposes for a retailer is the recent ban on "Hydroxycut" and what has happened to them. If I'm not mistaken, they are a Cdn company based somewhere in the GTA.

So if they do a search and seizure and find your hardware and liquids (either personal or retailing), what is the consequence? A fine for selling nicotine and nicotine dispensing device! Wouldn't big tobacco love to see the government set that court precedence. How about Jail time?! Do you think you will get to share the same cell-block with the staff and share-holders of Phillip-Morris??

So what would they really do?!
