Hi, gatag...I've been vaping for over 18 months now without even one cig. For the first couple weeks I really missed them because the whole e-cig thing was so new to me and I was still trying to find juices I could deal with, equipment, etc. But this far away from tobacco cigs, I would never, ever go back. I'm 55 and smoked for about 35 years...after about 2 months of vaping I noticed my smoker's cough was gone and my throat didn't feel raw anymore when I first woke up. After about 4 or 5 months I noticed I could take deeper breaths than I've been able to for years and that I could walk and ride my bike much further without getting winded. Living in Florida, the humidity is always pretty high for about 8 months out of the year, and it would really take the wind out of my sails. Not any more. I've also noticed this past spring and summer that I didn't have anywhere near the sinus issues I've had the past few years from pollen and stuff. My6 blood pressure even returned to a more normal range. I was thrilled.
Dude, my only complaint is that it was a good six months into my vaping experience before I found this site. I would have saved a ton of cash experimenting and from not buying crap gear, and would have been more comfortable with the experience from the get-go had I found it earlier!

The health will begin to return to normal (at least as much as it can) after awhile, believe me. In the mean time, you did good by waving bye-bye to the tobacco.
