Big is all relative. It is big, but it doesn't feel as big because the corners aren't there so it forms a diamond shape which fits very comfortably in your hand. I held one over the weekend and it fits my hand very well. And the weight, even with three 18650's aren't that bad. It doesn't feel much heavier than my Snow Wolf, with the heavy glass panels on the side.
It's really not that bad. Size wise it's actually small consider it holds 3 batteries. It is a hefty mod but I've had no problems carrying it around. I put in my jeans pocket and it fits fine and I carry it in my jacket pocket. I'm working on getting someone to make a leather holster for it.

I do all of my vaping at home so the size doesn't bother me a bit. Keeping evenly charged batteries might though....

I thought about that, decided to get a 4 bay or 6 bay battery charger. If it needs another battery to balance it out I have some spare 18650's for the extra slot.

With 3 18650's it could turn out to be the "carry out" all day lasting mod.

I love the form factor on the Reuleaux RX200. The 3 18650s should give amazing battery life as well, which is a big plus. Only downside is need for 2 sets of 3 married batteries.

Regarding the board, I think most manufacturers understand basics of TC so it should work, bit if it's a totally new board it will likely have some kinks to work out.

Will these be firmware upgradeable to address any potential issues?

i'm with redrebel here - i don't think mods that size will have all that much appeal in the market place. why not consider lipos instead of 3 18650s?
Lipos are my prefered due to better "c" ratings possible, but too many are fearful of that chemistry for some reason (forgetting that most carry one around every day all day in their cell phones), so these tri 18650 mods definitely have a place in the current market

Sent with one hand, the other is busy vaping.

I'm with @redrebel821 on this too. The box mods seem to be getting bigger and heavier which leaves a lot of us that just, do not want to, or can not (physically), hang on to and lug around large (heavy) box mods, out. Much larger or heavier than a evic vtc mini and it becomes uncomfortable and awkward for me, the istick 30 is a great size.
I wish those who like these good luck winning one :)

I am in no way fearful of lipos and actually prefer them in many instances. However, the reason I like the Reuleaux for the 18650 is availability of batteries. I can pop into most any vape shop and grab them when a set gets tired. Not so easy to snatch up the correct lipos.

I see the market splitting... where there are a lot of vapers happy to tote around a brick, there are a lot of new, tiny mods coming out, too. Wismec is there with the Pressa line, Eleaf just went even smaller with the iStick Basic, P4Y has the IPVD2 and d3, Kanger has the NEBOX and Subox lines, Sigelei has the new Mini Book, Joyetech has the eVic VTC mini and the eGo ONE lineup, and the list goes on... plenty of small mods. However, I don't think you're going to see 200 watts in a tiny for factor for a while yet...

This is why I like the Vaporshark DNA200. It has a swappable LiPo pack, although it is slightly underpowered. The Tugboat Tuglyfe DNA200 has a slightly larger LiPo pack, but from what I understand it is not replaceable as the LiPo pack is soldered onto the board. One benefit of LiPo's though is the weight savings. The weight of the Vaporshark DNA200 is ridiculously light. It actually took a little while to get used to the weight coming from 18650 powered mods.
